Client Services Technicians provide outstanding customer service to all patients coming into the pharmacy. Effective communication with team-members, patients, vendors, and pharmacy visitors is essential.

• Complete the point-of-sales process for prescription medication and over-the-counter products
• Back up retail pharmacy and mail department as needed
• Prepare daily register reconciliations
• Perform retail inventory functions including monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and receiving
• Maintain the retail area’s appearance
• Answer telephone calls with a sense of courtesy and follow-through; route calls accordingly
• File, retrieve, and organize records

• Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Fine Motor Skills
