What You'll Do

• Create an elevated shopping experience by warmly welcoming guests and members and providing personalized, attentive service
• Engage customers with a dynamic, energetic service presence while building genuine connections
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand guest needs and confidently guide product selections
• Deliver solutions quickly and professionally, resolving concerns with sound judgment and minimal supervision
• Accurately process retail transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays by stocking, organizing, and straightening shelves and fixtures
• Support inventory control, restocking, and overall organization of the retail space
• Assist with spa retail events, promotions, and pop-up activations

• Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, computers, and retail technology
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance and scheduling commitments
• Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for wellness, fashion, beauty, and spa-related products
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and cash-handling accuracy
