Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by looking up parts, quoting prices, and offering related items;

Assist with planogram updates, stocking shelves, and daily operational tasks including freight receival and inventory counts;
Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan vehicle trouble codes) and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed
