As the General Manager, your day begins bright and early at 6 AM, unlocking and disarming the security system for a bustling day. You’ll conduct a thorough walkthrough, ensuring the environment is pristine and ready for customers. After a motivating team huddle, you oversee the sales floor, guide bud tenders, address customer inquiries, and handle administrative duties, coaching, and on‑the‑spot troubleshooting. In the evening you wrap up daily reports, secure the dispensary, and prepare for the next day, all while knowing you have contributed to making JARS Cannabis the go‑to destination for premium products and incredible deals.
