• Maintain outstanding customer service as per company standards.
• Process sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Perform cash register operations and safeguard company assets.
• Stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for prolonged periods.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, frequently lift up to 45 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate.

Under direct supervision of the Front End Supervisor, the Checker works in a fast‑paced grocery store environment. The working environment requires physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, visual and auditory requirements.
