As Beauty Advisor, you will drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty, engage clients with a consultative approach, and ensure an excellent overall client experience. Maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Actively engage in all required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance, and department cleanliness and hygiene.
• Support omnichannel processing within the department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back‑stocking, replenishment, inventory counts, and price changes.
• Communicate missing or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.

• Act with integrity and honesty, fostering teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions; engage partners as needed.
• Support and execute safety and shortage‑reduction programs per company guidelines.
• Accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Maintain adherence to safety policies for all associates and customers.
• Understand and respond proactively to direction from leaders and personnel.
• Take on other responsibilities as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly and concisely.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
