The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to support your knowledge and growth. • Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work flexible schedules to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to apply product knowledge in customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using ladders.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Stand for long periods, walk, bend, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
• Must verify eligibility to work in the U.S.

The role involves physical activity, working around moving parts, and occasional exposure to chemicals.
