The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. It has over 700 rooms, 200,000+ square feet of banquet space, nine food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining), a luxury spa, and seven pools including a 65' water slide.

Arizona Biltmore is a LXR Hotel & Resort by Hilton, offering bespoke service and personal adventures.

McArthur's Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing dining tables, stocking service stations, and assisting the Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations.
• Assist Server with table service, including serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Follow all hotel and department policies and procedures.
• Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned by management.

There are 2 Part‑time openings for this position, and you must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.

1 opening for AM Shift: 6:30am - 2:30pm

1 opening for Mid Shift: 8am - 4pm

• Prior food and beverage experience, preferred
• Prior customer service experience, preferred
• Prior luxury / upscale dining experience, preferred

• Maricopa Food Handlers Card
