• Prepare salads, sandwiches, and other hot or cold dishes
• Maintain adequate levels of food items and clean the kitchen area
• Set up and prepare food lines for daily service
• Assist in washing, peeling, and slicing vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients
• Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are in proper working condition

• 0-2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to multi‑task
• Basic food preparation knowledge and kitchen experience
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as electric food slicers and grills
• Excellent personal hygiene and maintained appearance

• Previous experience in a food service role
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and recipes
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
