- Prepare authentic dishes from scratch across Chinese culinary styles
- Assemble, plate, and portion meals with consistency and precision
- Work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑moving production environment
- Ensure strict food safety & HACCP compliance during all preparation stages
Required: Proven Chinese culinary experience
Preferred: Culinary degree or professional certification
You also bring:
- 2+ years in high‑volume or institutional cooking
- Excellent knife skills & mastery of core cooking techniques
- Ability to read and understand English recipes & safety documents
- Strong organization, attention to detail & adaptability
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout 8+ hour shifts
- Commitment to food safety & HACCP standards
- Ability to work in busy and noisy production areas
- Free meals, beverages & snacks on‑site
- Must be able to relocate to Phoenix, AZ
