Food Runner (Full‑time)

Join Pyramid Global Hospitality as a Food Runner at McArthur's, Arizona Biltmore. Responsible for delivering food from kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and timing while supporting service standards.

• Efficiently serve food in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items.
• Ensure food preparation and presentations are proper throughout the guest dining experience.
• Coordinate timing with kitchen for timely deliveries.
• Pay attention to guest special requests, food allergies, and modifications.
• Assist kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain food quality and timing.
• Set up front line with equipment, plate ware, and towels.
• Keep station restocked and organized throughout the shift.
• Read order tickets and place onto ticket rail.
• Track cooking times on all orders, check finished product for proper doneness, appearance, and plate presentation.
• Assist server as needed to optimize guest experience.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices.
• Report any unsafe condition, act, accidents, or injuries to the chef or manager on duty.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior food and beverage experience (preferred).
• Food Handlers Card.
• Serv Safe Food Handlers Certification (preferred).

Full‑time with shifts 7am‑5pm or 5pm‑12am, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Restaurant open daily 7am‑10pm Sunday‑Thursday, 7am‑11pm Friday‑Saturday.
