Responsibilities- Demonstrate leadership to build a winning team and foster a positive culture.
- Provide coaching and motivate the team to work together and maintain high standards.
- Learn to run great restaurants from experienced managers and participate in training opportunities.
- Meet job requirements such as age and driving needs as applicable (at least 18 years old with a valid driver s license and reliable transportation).
