Buck & Rider is hiring a very dynamic Manager to join our team! This role will help ensure the first impression of the restaurant and is responsible for managing and executing all front‑of‑house functions.

Buck & Rider prides itself on utmost freshness and ingredients. Our seafood and steak dishes are chef‑crafted with gusto, directly from framers and fishermen of the East, West, and Gulf Coasts. We fly our fish and seafood to our restaurants daily.

• Oversee entire daily operation in an extremely high‑volume environment
• Train, coach, develop, and mentor both Managers and hourly team
• Effectively communicate with all levels of team members and Management
• Be the ultimate driver of brand standards
• Promote a strong positive culture
• Become a system matter expert for all restaurant systems (Toast, R365, Craftable, 7shifts, Sevenrooms, etc.)
• Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction
