This flexible, part‑time role involves at least 30 hours per week, with a potential for more. You will follow established research protocols and support research studies through a range of tasks related to running experiments, collecting data, analyzing results, and reporting findings.

• Assist in the conduct of research studies and follow established protocols and SOPs.
• Conduct routine experiments and coordinate study procedures, receive, collect, and record data in the database, and keep researchers/PI updated on any problems or concerns.
• Follow laboratory safety protocol, including annual training modules specific to your role.
• Ensure proper documentation of experiments, regulatory documents, PI notes, and other mandatory study documents; archive documents per sponsor, government, and institutional requirements; maintain accurate records and provide necessary documents for regulatory audits.
• Maintain and manage inventory and research study supplies.
• Identify areas to improve research protocol and suggest implementation solutions.
• Assist in Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA) fabrication.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Education:

Complete college coursework in relevant STEM disciplines.

• Previous laboratory experience.
• Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance if required to drive for the role.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Proficient communication skills.
• High degree of professionalism.

• Experience with Probe Sonicator, Analytical Balance, Thin Coating Machine, Laboratory Oven, Laser Cutter, and Hot Press.

• Salary range: $18.63–$24.04 USD per hour + 401(k) + benefits.
