About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Director for Real Estate Asset Management to enhance our talented team. In this pivotal role, you will provide critical analytical support to senior management while developing detailed financial models to facilitate strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with departments such as development, accounting, leasing, and acquisitions to formulate recommendations for strategic business plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging in portfolio operations and managing real estate tax appeals.
• Assisting with all business decisions concerning the management and redevelopment of diverse real estate assets, including retail, industrial, and self-storage properties.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new acquisitions and coordinating information for dispositions.
• Attending industry events to network and stay abreast of market trends.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in financial modeling using MS Excel and Argus.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• The ability to thrive under pressure and manage a demanding workload.
• A self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
