Responsibilities- Assist clients in buying and selling properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and marketing efforts to attract potential buyers and sellers.
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and professionalism.
- Utilize CRM tools and company resources to manage client information, track leads, and follow up on potential opportunities.
- Possession of a valid Arizona real estate license
- New agents are welcome; prior experience as a licensed Realtor is a plus but not required
- In-depth understanding of the Chandler and greater Phoenix real estate markets preferred
- Demonstrated ability or eagerness to achieve successful property transactions and maintain client satisfaction
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills and effective time management
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation
