The successful candidate will generate investment opportunities and prepare presentation materials, while working closely with a team to ensure transaction success. Candidates should have strong skills in investment evaluation, analytical abilities, and experience in commercial real estate. A bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required, while knowledge of ARGUS is a plus.
