Real Estate Listing Agent Partner with Blackhorne (Experienced) Are you an experienced agent who thrives on listings and wants a steady stream of motivated seller leads? Blackhorne is seeking a seasoned Listing Agent to join our elite network. If you're already established, love working with sellers, and want to partner with a team that actively feeds you listings from investors and homeowners, we want to talk.
We're not looking to train someone from scratch. We're looking for a closer
—someone who knows how to price, prep, market, and move properties while representing our brand with confidence and professionalism.
- Handle listing appointments generated by our sales and acquisitions teams
- Guide sellers and investor clients through the listing process—from pricing strategy to negotiations and close
- Coordinate with our in-house team to prep listings, photos, and marketing
- List properties on the MLS and manage showing activity
- Be the face of Blackhorne's listing side with professionalism, hustle, and follow-through
- Consistent, High-Quality Listing Leads We work with hundreds of investors and sellers; when they need to list, we send them straight to you.
- Freedom + Flexibility Hang your license with Blackhorne and maintain your own book of business while gaining access to company-driven deals.
- Growth Opportunity As our primary listing agent, you'll have first right of refusal for new listing opportunities and the chance to scale with us as the listing team grows.
- Marketing Support We help promote your listings through our in-house systems and investor network, boosting visibility and traction.
- A Real Partnership You're not a number here. You're a trusted partner representing our sellers and investors—we'll treat you like it.
- Active Real Estate License
- Ideally 2+ years of experience as a listing agent or sellers representative (we're open if less)
- Solid listing presentation and negotiation skills
- Confidence in working with both traditional homeowners and investors
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to follow-through
- Familiarity with MLS, comps, and pricing strategy
- Reliable transportation and availability to meet sellers in person
- An independent agent with a proven track record of listings
- Someone who enjoys working with motivated clients and has strong listing conversion skills
- An agent who wants quality leads and the flexibility to still do their own business on the side
- A high-integrity professional looking for a brokerage partner—not just a split
