Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dual-Site Assistant Community Manager located in Phoenix, AZ. The Assistant Community Manager will oversee operations for two residential communities, ensuring excellent resident satisfaction and day-to-day property management. Responsibilities include rent collection, lease renewals, resident relations, property inspections, marketing strategies, and supporting the Community Manager in operational efficiency and achieving occupancy goals. The role involves collaboration with both residents and the property management team to maintain high standards of service and community engagement.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in property management activities, including rent collection, lease management, and resident interactions
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, tenant retention techniques, and community events management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills for handling dual-site management responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and team members
  • Computer literacy with property management software and familiarity with financial reporting
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in property management or a similar field is an asset
