• Oversee a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring efficient property management and operational excellence.
• Manage tenant requests and work order processes, providing timely and professional responses.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate improvement projects from bid solicitation through completion.
• Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts, maintaining optimal relationships and competitive pricing.
• Maintain accurate records for tenants, service providers, and property owners.
• Implement risk management strategies addressing both physical and financial property needs.
• Oversee billing, collections, payables, and financial accountability for assigned properties.
• Prepare monthly financial/operational reports and manage annual property budgets, including CAM reconciliations and reforecasting.
• Build strong tenant relationships, negotiate lease renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize property value.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in commercial property management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience overseeing commercial properties.
• Valid State of Arizona Real Estate License.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Experienced in financial reporting and property budgeting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, delegate tasks, and maintain a professional presence.

• Industry certifications such as CPM, IREM, CMCP, or ACoM.
• Experience with multifamily asset management in addition to commercial properties.
• Working knowledge of risk management and compliance for commercial real estate.
• Background in team management or experience as a regional property manager.
• Demonstrated history of developing and implementing property improvement strategies.
