We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Specialist to oversee property listings, conduct market research, and support clients through buying, selling, and leasing. If you excel in communication, detail orientation, and delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!

• Graduate from our Launch program
• Implement weekly lead generation systems
• Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify properties
• Negotiate offers for clients
• Track tasks and activities
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting activities into appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and partner calls
• Consult with sellers, secure listings, and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services

We seek a motivated sales professional skilled in rapport-building, listening, and solution identification. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. You are a strong communicator, organized, growth-minded, and willing to learn scripts and dialogues.
