This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager located in Phoenix, AZ. The selected candidate will oversee and enhance quality management systems, conduct audits to ensure compliance, and lead quality assurance and control initiatives. The role also involves driving continuous business process improvements to increase operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement strategies will be a key part of this position.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing processes
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control to ensure high standards in production and services
- Proficiency in Business Process Improvement methodologies and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues
- Ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives to achieve continuous improvement goals
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- Familiarity with ISO standards, Six Sigma certification, or similar credentials is a plus
