RV Station Specialist -Seasonal

Overview

This is a seasonal full time position Feb–May. A successful candidate can also return for seasonal work Sept 1–Nov 30.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead and perform the exterior and interior cleaning of our campers ensuring they shine, are safe and fully operational and ready for adventure
• Explain and hand over the keys to adventure when customers pick up and return their camper, making their roadsurfer journey unforgettable
• Finalize the payment processes and check in rental payments and collect security deposits
• Support the station team with daily tasks and ensure customers leave the station happy
• Work hand in hand with the Station Manager on daily operations and customer satisfaction
• Be a self-starter and embrace a hands-on approach to get the job done

• Experience in providing customers with world class customer service
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to drive company vehicles; candidates must be at least 21 years old due to insurance requirements
• Candidates must present and maintain a clear motor vehicle record and successfully pass a background check
• Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs

• Job Type: Hourly, Full Time - Pay Range: $17.50 to $20 (based on experience)
