* ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Initiates contact with guest with a warm welcome and the willingness to assist the guest.
* Serves the guest with respect and courtesy in all interactions.
* Follow all opening and closing procedures for outside service areas.
* Follow procedures in setting up and breaking down driving range.
* Ensure range balls are cleaned after each pick and always ready for first tee.
* Ensure Range Den Caddies filled with balls consistently and constantly.
* Ensure water buckets and club cleaners are changed as needed.
* Ensure spike cleaners are cleaned daily and surrounding area is kept clean.
* Ensure practice balls picked from driving range tee boxes and range each night.
* Ensure all service work areas are cleaned and readied for next day’s operations (Bag drops, cart barn, driving range).
* Clean golf carts, and stage neatly and orderly with scorecard, pencil, sand and seed mix, bag straps clipped and trash free.
* Ensure all golf carts are washed, dried, stocked and stored each night.
* Ensure golf car rotation strategy followed daily.
* Assist managers with daily and preventive maintenance of golf carts as needed.

Skills and Abilities

**:
* Knowledge and understanding of game of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operations.
* Ability to demonstrate passion for providing exceptional customer service through every guest interaction to create repeat guest visits.
* Demonstrates ability to go above and beyond to meet guest expectations.
* Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
* Must be willing to dress according to golf dress code.
* Able to work well independently with little supervision
* Ability to learn the structure and function of all clubhouse and golf course.
* Basic mathematical ability, ability to count and reconcile cash.
* Ability to work on Computers and with Microsoft Applications(Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Ability to learn and follow all safety, emergency and accident prevention procedures.
* Able to use fire extinguishers and any other emergency equipment needed to ensure personal and guest safety.
** Education and/or Experience**:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service/hospitality environment.
* Trained in First Aid, CPR & AED or able to complete training needed on own time within 30 days of employment.
** Job Requirements**:
* Must be able to have flexible schedule, which may require early mornings, weekends and holidays if needed.
* Must be available to work anytime within the hours of 5:00 am to 7:00 p.m. any of the 7 days of the week (may be subject to change based upon business need).
* Must be able to endure standing or moving for up to 85% of work shift (6.5 hours)
* Must have work authorization documents for United States
* Must be fluent in English, ability to read and write
