Surg Center of Deer Valley is hiring a Full-Time PREOP/PACU/Procedural Registered Nurse. We specialize in advanced outpatient urologic procedures — and we believe exceptional care starts with an exceptional team. The PACU Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, continually evaluating the patient’s condition and ensuring safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. The role may assist physicians in procedure rooms with tasks such as conscious sedation and sterile technique. Comprehensive care for patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge.

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS if required by the center
• 2 years experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient and unit needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
