• Active RN license in practicing state required.
• Perioperative or OR nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• BLS required; CNOR certification preferred.

• Surgical Readiness:
  • Prepare the OR, equipment, and patients for surgery.
  • Monitor patient status; administer medications as needed.
• Intraoperative Role:
  • Circulate and/or scrub during procedures.
  • Assist the surgical team as required.

  • Document surgical care accurately and ensure protocol compliance.
  • Educate patients/families on pre and postop expectations.
