Nurse Manager - Children's Services

As a Nurse Manager for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and Pediatric Department
, you’ll play a vital leadership role in delivering exceptional, family-centered care to our youngest patients. This is your opportunity to lead a team of skilled clinicians dedicated to compassion, innovation, and excellence in every interaction.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pediatric and critical care nurses to reach their fullest potential
• Foster an environment that embraces evidence-based practice, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to enhance patient outcomes and team performance
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management
• Support staff engagement, retention, and professional development through coaching and recognition
• Drive quality and safety initiatives that promote excellence in patient and family care

Annual Salary Range: $ - $

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing.
• Prefer a master’s degree in nursing.

• Must have at least five (5) years of clinical experience with two to three (2-3) years of demonstrated leadership experience relevant to the patient population and scope of care of the department.

• Must possess a current, valid Arizona RN license and be in good standing with the AZ Board of Nursing.
• Requires BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire.
• ACLS, PALS, ATNC, or other certifications may be required.

• Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse people is a must.
• Must have excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
• Computer knowledge with Windows based systems is a plus.
