We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Corrections team.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate outcomes to ensure optimal care.
• Perform standard nursing procedures based on patient needs, including medication administration and basic IV/phlebotomy skills.
• Educate patients on health‑related topics tailored to their needs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate, comprehensive, and legible documentation, including care plans and discharge plans.
• Participate in the orientation and training of new staff, contractors, and students.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols, including N95 fit testing requirements.

• Current, valid, unrestricted RN license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing or a participating Compact State.
• Verified Primary Source Verification (PSV) through Nursys.
• Current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.
• Minimum of one year of experience
