Overview

This is your calling for 1:1 Home Care! Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Skilled Nursing team in pediatric and geriatric private duty roles. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care—delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors  orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients  conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse

• Day, 2nd and Overnight Shifts of 8-12 hours
• Starting pay: $30-33 per hour
