Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pain Clinic on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for patient care and experience in pain management. As a PRN RN, you will play a crucial role in administering patient care, providing education, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients' pain and develop appropriate care plans.
  • Administer medication and monitor patients for pain control and adverse reactions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to execute pain management protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families on pain management techniques and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Willing to travel and work at all of our clinic locations.
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a pain management or critical care setting.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
