We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Behavioral Health Nurse Manager to join a well-established behavioral health facility in Central City, Phoenix

Position OverviewThe RN Nurse Manager is responsible for the direction and oversight of all nursing and patient care services within the facility. This individual provides leadership across units, ensures high-quality medical and nursing care, and supports both day-to-day operations and long-term planning initiatives.
The Nurse Manager partners closely with providers and multidisciplinary teams to promote safe, effective, and compassionate care while maintaining compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
QualificationsAssociate Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferredMinimum 2 years of RN experience, with exposure to behavioral health and/or medical crisis settings
Minimum 1 year in a charge nurse, lead, supervisory, or management role preferred
Behavioral health and/or withdrawal management experience strongly preferred
Active, unencumbered Arizona RN license, in good standing
Valid government-issued identification required
