Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse

The Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nurse who will work per diem providing nursing services to participants at home, collaborating with the Nursing Solutions Group and shared clinical trial implementation sites. The role requires independent clinical judgment, adherence to federal, state, Good Clinical Practice, and Standard Operating Procedures, and commitment to participant care excellence.

• Provide nursing care and support to qualified study participants at their homes.
• Apply clinical research and nursing practices to develop solutions for complex problems.
• Collaborate with Lead and other Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on education and resource support.
• Participate in activities that further the operational development of Science 37 nursing service delivery.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on nursing processes for the study team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving study needs.

• Active RN licensure in the home state; eligibility for Compact Licensure required.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical/research experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Full COVID vaccination strongly preferred (subject to CDC guidelines).
• Positive reflection of the company by representation in participant homes or clinic settings.
• Travel & Availability: 1‑2 days a week dedicated to study visits;
  Weekday/night availability required;
  Must be willing to travel to participants' homes;
  Active driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Compensation varies by location and work performed. The starting pay range for an hourly rate is generally $50‑55 per hour. Actual starting pay may be above or below this range based on qualifications and experience. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and commissions.
