Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

We are seeking a compassionate PRN Night Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our nursing center. This role works under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The ideal candidate takes pride in providing close, attentive care to seniors, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to supporting individuals in living safely and independently.

• Provide personal care, bathing, and hands‑on assistance to patients as assigned.
• Assist with ambulation, exercises, and simple procedures as directed (e.g., range of motion exercises).
• Support patients with medications as assigned.
• Perform light household tasks essential to the patient’s care plan.
• Complete visit documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition to the RN.
• Participate in in‑service training, continuing education, and patient care conferences.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the State of Arizona.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to maintain a warm, caring manner.
• Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, standing, and other essential job functions.

• Patient homes and agency office settings.
• Involves frequent travel between patient locations.
• Requires the ability to respond to emergencies and assist in resident evacuation if necessary.

Starting pay is $25 per hour.
