Job Summary And Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Float/Flex Team, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery while presenting a positive attitude and being reliable. - Locations can include:
Emergency, Women s Health/OB, Pediatrics, NICU, Pre/Post OP, Perioperative/Periprocedural, Intensive Care, Progressive Care, Medical/Surgical - Performs assessment/data collection in an on-going systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual and cognitive status; also nutrition, pain, patient/family education, family involvement and patient advocacy.
- Formulates a goal-directed plan of care that is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes. Implements care in a thorough, skillful and consistent manner.
- Establishes priorities for patient care based on essential patient needs and available unit resources of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies. Evaluates effectiveness of care given by health care team members.
- Effectively communicate with patients, staff and providers. Identifies patient/family learning needs and implements appropriate measures, including teach-back.
- Documents patient care and unit activities in a timely, accurate, and concise manner. Demonstrates knowledge of and applies safety principles as identified within the institution.

- Associate Of Nursing and Two years of general RN care experience, upon hire
- Registered Nurse: AZ, upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
- PALS upon hire
- Bachelors Of Nursing and Two years of Emergency Room care experience, upon hire
