Registered Nurse; RN

Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assume responsibility for supervising nursing staff and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care. This role involves both leadership and hands-on care, fostering a safe, respectful, and professional environment for residents, families, and staff.

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.
• Perform and oversee initial and daily skilled nursing assessments.
• Execute and supervise physician orders, ensuring accurate documentation in EMR.
• Assign and monitor duties of nursing staff based on skills and scope of practice.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
• Act as liaison between residents, physicians, families, and staff.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
• Support resident safety by investigating incidents and implementing preventive measures.
• Promote resident dignity, privacy, and respect in all care interactions.

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona (required).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers (must remain current).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical charting.

• Geriatric and rehabilitation care experience.
• Prior experience in a charge nurse or supervisory role.

• Full-Time
