Valley Behavioral Health Hospital Phoenix is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift with a background in Behavioral Health to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals!
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, evaluates, and documents patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
Location: 3550 East Pinchot Avenue, Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Days - We have a set schedule: 7 am to 7:30 pm;
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday or Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday. These are 12 hour days with built in overtime.

- Currently licensed to practice by the Arizona State Board of Nursing
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management.
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility
- 1 year of med/surge experience
Valley Hospital is a 122-bed psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona. Valley Hospital provides patient-centered care delivered by compassionate staff trained in the mental health and chemical dependency fields. Valley features individual units for adults and offers inpatient acute care and intensive outpatient programs. We offer specialty programs including crisis stabilization, rehabilitation support in maintaining sobriety, and a women’s program to promote hope and healing.
