BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurse Residents to join the team supporting clients in Phoenix, Arizona. • Great skill-building career launch for new grads
• Seven weeks of instruction: online classroom, in-person lab, and precepted clinical care
• Safe skills practice in a unique simulation lab setting
• Independent work in the home setting only when you are comfortable and ready

• Build meaningful relationships and create positive outcomes providing safe, one‑on‑one care
• Monitor clients’ conditions
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders
• Perform client assessments
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to nursing management

• A nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona or a multiple state nursing license
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

Pay starting at $29 per hour. At program completion, pay rates start at $30‑31 per hour.
