Overview
As our Oncology Acute Nurse at Dignity Health St. Joe's, you are committed to providing the highest level of patient satisfaction on a 32-Bed Medical-Surgical-Oncology-Telemetry unit, including 12 monitored beds. We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to coordinate, supervise and implement patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
- Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging
- Provide individualized, comprehensive care; make critical assessments; perform skilled procedures; implement patient care plans
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State
- BLS Certification
- ACLS certification (in monitored areas)
- Preferred: chemotherapy certification
- One year of recent acute care experience
- One year of Oncology experience
- BSN

Pay Range: $35.00 - $58.63 /hour
