Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. House Supervisors (RN) provide compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership during the patient care journey.

Location:

Select Specialty Hospital inside Banner University on the 11th floor of the 2nd tower.

Schedule:

Full-time Night shift – 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. Sign-on bonus: $10,000.

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
