LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse – Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. Positions are available in Laveen, AZ and surrounding areas, and shifts include day, night, and weekend options. This role may be full‑time or part‑time.
Responsibilities- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents mainly in their homes according to the active plan of care, as directed by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome; training provided).
- Experience providing care in a client home setting.
