Our program offers excellent on-the-job training, mentorship, and professional development to help you transition from a new graduate to a competent, professional nurse. Placement will be at Banner Health facilities, considering your unit preferences and career goals.
Program Highlights:

Requirements:
- Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program
- BSN preferred; ADN considered at some locations
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain before start
- No more than 12 months of RN experience

Position Summary: Provides nursing care, assesses patient needs, develops care plans, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Core Functions include: Patient assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, documentation, and participation in quality improvement activities.
Minimum Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification, and relevant clinical experience within the past year.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and professional certification.
