Silver Birch of Midtown is looking for a Quality Assurance Nurse to join our team! This is a part‑time position (16 hours week 1, 24 hours week
2) focused on auditing and correcting wellness files.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma AND
- Two (2) or more years of experience in senior living
- Current LPN or RN licensure, in good standing
- Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid Certification
- Current Fingerprint Card
- Strong organization and follow through with detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks within deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and web proficiency.
