Overview

Banner University Medical Group is actively recruiting for full-time CRNAs with a range of experience in general and subspecialty areas to join our team at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix (BUMCP) in Phoenix, AZ. BUMCP is a level 1 Trauma Center that provides multi-specialty care and access to top specialists in General Surgery, Robotics, Gynecological and Orthopedics, Bariatrics, Endoscopy, and more.

Our anesthesiology team supports a variety of anesthetizing locations including operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and more. Our anesthesia model includes CRNAs who work under medical direction.

• Current CRNA certification
• Experienced and new providers encouraged to apply
• Ability to obtain an AZ license
• 413 hours quarterly required for 1.0 FTE (8, 10, 12 hour shifts available)

• $50K Sign-On Bonus with 2-Year Commitment
• Up to $15,000 in value-based compensation annually (based on achieving performance metrics)
