As an RN ICU Float Pool you will be part of a team providing exceptional patient care at Banner Estrella Medical Center. Banner Estrella Medical Center (BEMC) is a 353 bed facility and received the prestigious Magnet designation in October 2015 and is 1 of 3 Banner Magnet facilities in the Phoenix Metro area. This position is part of Clinical Care Operations, which is the hub of patient management for the campus, including bed assignment, unit staffing, house supervision, emergency preparedness (code events and internal disasters), patient transports, dispatch, and data analysis.

In your role as a Registered Nurse with the ICU Float Pool , you will work on the ICU unit at Banner Estrella Medical Center. You may also float to the Med/Surg, PCU, and Obs units at Banner Estrella depending on staffing needs. Opportunity to work 3x12--hour shifts,
Night
Shift (7:00PM-7:30AM) with weekend rotations. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable. As an added bonus, Float Pool RN's also enjoy an additional $3/hr float incentive on top of base pay.
