As an ICU Float Nurse on the Resource Team, you will work on all ICU units at Banner University Medical Center. This includes Trauma Surgical ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Neurological ICU, and Medical-Surgical ICU. You will have the opportunity to participate in our Nursing Clinical Ladder Incentive Program!
Schedule: Full-time night shift; 3 x 12-hour shifts per week 7:00pm-7:30am. Holiday and weekend availability is required. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential. As an added bonus, RN's on the Resource Team receive a $3 per hour float incentive on top of base pay.

This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.

Plans care in collaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team. Reviews and revises the plan of care to reflect changing patient needs based on evaluation of the patient's status.
