Travel NICU RN – Tucson, Arizona (13‑Week Contract)

Location: Tucson, AZ
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 7:00 pm – 7:30 am

We’re looking for an experienced NICU RN to join a dedicated neonatal team in Tucson, AZ. This contract is perfect for skilled nurses who are passionate about providing specialized care to fragile newborns while enjoying life in the beautiful Southwest.

• Active Arizona RN license
• NRP certification
• Infant Driven Feeding certificate
• 3+ years NICU RN experience
• Level III NICU experience

• STABLE certification
• Experience in Postpartum (PP), including newborn assignments or couplets (preferred for low census coverage)

• Attend and assist with high‑risk and newborn deliveries.
• Manage NICU admissions and provide critical neonatal care.
• Start IVs, draw labs, and monitor patient progress.
• Care for infants requiring ventilator support.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and NICU team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Float to Postpartum unit when needed, if experienced.
