We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Arizona, starting Mar 16, 2026.

This role offers Monday through Friday day shifts in an IHS outpatient clinic environment with a steady flow of walk-in patients due to the nearest emergency room being 50 minutes away.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide primary care services in an IHS outpatient clinic setting
• Evaluate and treat a broad range of walk-in patients
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage follow-up
• Respond to urgent cases as needed due to distance from hospital-based emergency care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the RPMS EMR system

Additional Information

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with eligibility to practice in Arizona
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification required
• IHS experience preferred but not required
