Desert Ridge Outpatient Surgery Center (a division of United Surgical Partners International, Inc.) is hiring a full‑time OR Registered Nurse (RN) for its outpatient surgery center. The RN will provide nursing care for patients undergoing operative or other invasive procedures in a high‑quality, service‑oriented environment.
Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesThe OR Registered Nurse is responsible for nursing activities related to the care of patients undergoing operative or other invasive procedures. The staff member can expect to care for adult patients, including older adults through geriatric populations, and pediatric patients from 1 month through adolescence. Scope of service includes gastroenterology, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, urology, GYN, plastics, ophthalmology, and general surgery.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
- Previous OR experience required.
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse license.
- Certified in calm active respond, ACLS, and PALS.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures specific to operating room nursing.
