Ro Health is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a Youth Correctional Facility in Phoenix, Arizona!

This position plays a vital role in providing essential care to incarcerated individuals, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and therapeutic environment within the facility.

• Active AZ RN license (in good standing)
• At least 1 year of RN experience
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to pass a strict background check
  
  Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork

• Assess and monitor youth health conditions, identifying any medical or mental health concerns
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper adherence and documentation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for youth with chronic conditions or special medical needs
• Respond to medical emergencies, providing first aid, CPR, and triage care as needed
• Conduct health screenings and assessments upon intake and throughout the youth's stay
• Collaborate with mental health professionals to support youth with behavioral or psychiatric conditions
• Educate youth on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention to promote lifelong wellness
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring proper care and adherence to facility policies
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports, ensuring compliance with state and facility regulations
• Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, and facility staff to ensure a holistic approach to youth health
