Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology physician employment in Arizona :
Seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join a well established, highly successful cardiology practice in Phoenix Arizona suburb. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly successful practice supporting a physician team in providing cardiovascular care with offices less than 30 minutes from Phoenix. Interested candidates, must possess some post-training experience.
Experience in cardiology, preferred.
No new grads. Under the supervising physician provide efficient, cost-effective, quality outpatient care in accordance with established rules and regulations defining the nurse practitioner scope of practice. Functions as an extension of the physician in diagnosing and treating patient conditions by performing tasks or a combination of tasks traditionally performed by the physician. ? QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
- Current registration with the Medical Licensing Board of Arizona and current certification by the
- National Commission on Certification of Nurse Practitioners.
- Requires current CPR certification.
- Requires professional knowledge and application skills for patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Requires ability to educate and counsel patients and families on medications; diseases; treatment plans; procedures; and preventive health care. Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
